The pursuit of perfection, once a compelling ideal, proved elusive and ultimately unattainable. Societal pressures drive us to aspire to an ideal marked by constant comparison and unattainable standards. This relentless quest for perfection pervaded nearly every aspect of my life, leading to considerable personal challenges. Through the process of non-intellectual expression, I discovered a liberation from these imposed ideals. My art explores the essence of imperfection, engaging with it throughout the creation, process, and realization of each piece. It exists in a realm where notions of right and wrong dissolve. As an abstract acrylic painter, I use the canvas to illustrate the futility of perfection and, in turn, to explore the transformative potential in our evolving relationships with ourselves, our beliefs, and the society that shapes us.
