Shipping<\/h1>\n

Shipping will be calculated based on size and weight of the painting or print. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the painting or print. The final cost will vary dependent on your country’s import taxes.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Shipping rates\u00a0do not include<\/strong>\u00a0customs and duties<\/p>\n

Custom Framing is available in Canada. If you are an international customer, I am happy to assist in finding a high-quality framer in your region.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Timelines<\/strong><\/h3>\n

All prints are made to order. The timeline for print production is 4 -6 weeks. Custom framing for Canadian customers requires an additional 7-10 business days prior to shipment.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Delivery times can vary greatly on domestic and international orders.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Important Information for International Customers: Duty & Taxes\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

International customers are responsible for all import Duty and Taxes prior to delivery.\u00a0Depending on regulations of your destination country your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the country of delivery. This will not apply to all countries.\u00a0Caitlyn Sponheimer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n

If taxes are not paid and the item is returned, customer will be responsible to pay for shipping again. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.<\/p>\n
