There are no refunds or returns once art has been purchased.

This website is operated by Caitlyn Sponheimer Art. Throughout, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sponheimer Art. Caitlyn Sponheimer offers this website, including all information, tools and Services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. 

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any Services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

 

Shipping

Shipping will be calculated based on size and weight of the painting or print. Shipping cost is not included in the price of the painting or print. The final cost will vary dependent on your country’s import taxes. 

Shipping rates do not include customs and duties

Custom Framing is available in Canada. If you are an international customer, I am happy to assist in finding a high-quality framer in your region. 

Timelines

All prints are made to order. The timeline for print production is 4 -6 weeks. Custom framing for Canadian customers requires an additional 7-10 business days prior to shipment. 

Delivery times can vary greatly on domestic and international orders. 

Important Information for International Customers: Duty & Taxes 

International customers are responsible for all import Duty and Taxes prior to delivery. Depending on regulations of your destination country your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches the country of delivery. This will not apply to all countries. Caitlyn Sponheimer is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer unless stated otherwise.

If taxes are not paid and the item is returned, customer will be responsible to pay for shipping again. In the event that you choose to return your order, a refund will be processed, however, you will be required to pay for the initial shipment costs.
